Shipping policy

Free Shipping for orders over $150 applies to retail customer orders only placed on our shop and does NOT apply to trade or wholesale customers.  

In most cases we will endeavor to ship any order received before 12:00 EST the same business day.  If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will ship on the next business day.  Please note that exceptions may occur during peak seasons or other unforeseen circumstances.  Shipping times reflected on our site DO NOT include any handling or processing time.  Except in the case of manufacturer defect covered under warranty, we do not reimburse shipping charges for any return goods.
