Are all products here natively compatible with SmartThings?
There are 2 ways that a product can be compatible with SmartThings. The first is natively; typically called Works With SmartThings (WWST)
this is when SmartThings precisely recognises a new device and sets it up automatically. The second is through edge drivers; this is where
SmartThings where a device's configuration has to be added to SmartThings through the use of an edge driver. An edge driver may offer
superior performance to WWST and typically involves only a few steps additional to setup and configure. A
list of SmartThings edge drivers is available at that link.
