It was designed as a simple Crestron software module which will allow you to add affordable robust Z-Wave lighting controls to your systems. The CZ500 software module sends commands thru the RS232 serial interface which is a static, secondary Controller. The RS-232 Interface receives Crestron commands and cross references them into Z-Wave lighting functions from on, off, preset dim, all on or all off commands. No additional hardware or software changes are needed to create spectacular lighting scenes.
